5 5  My first visit - really enjoyed the film; thank you

5 5  Spielberg tells a great story and it’s a lot more exciting than today's Freedom of Information requests.

Watch it - justice is at stake!

5 5  Great start to the season!

4 4  Life before iPhones

5 4  Gloriously shot

4 5  If there were low numbers for The Post most of us had seen it already

4 5  Very tense and moving. Do not stab a shepherd's dog

4 4  Reminded me of Three Billboards which you are showing later in the season, except without      the humour ! Still very poignant

4 4  Muy bueno, el perro Pillo y el pastor Anselmo

4 4  I couldn't watch the bad bit with the knife & dog. So sad – sorry it had to happen like that

4 3  Long live the anti-hero

4 2  Riveting – gripping awaiting the death of the dog Pillo. What humans will do for money – I hate them !

3 3  Please give warning about hand-held camera – it makes me seasick

2 3  Grim

2 2  Too much tension. Boring flat scenery

No score  Truly awful film

5 5  One of the most rewarding American films of recent years

4 5  Gripping & brilliant

4 4  Wish somebody would teach the actors to open their mouths when they speak !! Awful diction

3 3  A blood bath better than Brexit

3 2  American psychobabble. Never tap a teacup 3 times. Surely there is a better film somewhere

1 4  Very poor diction. Cold have done with subtitles

3 1  Mildly discomforting but 5 stars for mumbling. Should have been filmed in the dark as well. Utter bunkum

2 2 The most horrific film I've ever seen

1 1  An insult to the intelligence

1 1  Your write-ups are “slightly” misleading !

5 5  Wonderful 'real' take on life and parent and child relationships.  Warm.

5 5  Haven't laughed so much in ages

5 5  Amazing - loved it!

5 5  Brilliant, complex film on so many levels.  Saw more pathos this 2nd time round.  Still wonderful humour.

5 5  I have spent two hours in someone else's life.  Worked on so many levels.

4 5  Poignant and witty and with values.  How did they think this up?

4 5  Carpe diem!

4 5  Certainly made me think about racing through life too fast.

4 4  ZANY, ZANY, ZANY.  2 1/2 hours disappeared, somehow amusingly but I cannot think of anything to say whether positive or negative.

4 4  Lots of fun

3 3  Slow burn, contemplative, sometimes manic, and very modern comedy of manners.

2 2  Great opening 5 minutes, hard to sustain.

1 1  Humour is very personal, and a 1970's sensibility is very dated.

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

5 5  Although very sad at times and very different it was first class

5 5  Complicit father!

5 5  Tom Selleck lives again in the body of Peter Dinklage!

5 4  Powerful, disturbing. Excellent female lead. Black black humour. Just my kind of thing!

4 3  Please ask people not to "whisper" during the film! A bit slow maybe but not deserving that!

4 3  A shame to sit next to people who didn't like it and completely ruined the carefully built tension. But a sensitive film

2 1  Highlight was the stage whisper from the audience: "it goes on a bit doesn't it?"

5 5  Sad, but brilliantly executed - and the title is very apt.

5 5  Great unexpected gem of a film. All the characters were both passionate and moving in the right measure! Full marks from me.

5 1  No doubt well acted and produced. But who at the general age if this audience has not lost someone to cancer. Who wants to relive it. A thoroughly miserable and depressing 2 hours.

3 3  Again too long. Annette Bening excellent. Liverpool looked ok.

4 3  Hard to watch as it was so harshly realistic! Such is the hidden world of domestic violence which many innocent people inhabit. Scary.

4 3  Frighteningly realistic

4 3  Domestics!! French domestics!!!

5 5  Snow justice

5 4  Marvellous film but 1. sound at front was a little too loud 2. dialogue often hard to discern

5 3  Seriously violent! I'm sure the script was good – sadly I could only make out about 1 word in 10

4 4  Great film, pity about the mumbling. Foley sounds overdone

4 3  Dialogue was very difficult to hear. Rather violent for me

4 3  Too loud !!

2 5  Poor soundtrack – too loud for hall ?

3 4  Sound was a bit muffled but could still get the gist

4 2  Sound volume far too loud

3 3  Harrowing

4 2  Speech difficult to follow, distressing

3 2  Dreadful diction. I got 10% of the words. Could we possibly experiment with subtitles for US films

3 1  Worst film I've ever seen. Too much violence I hate
